SAFETY POLICY systematic management of safety is a core business function, and the DGCA requires service provider, led by the board and senior management levels to plan and implement a Safety Management System (SMS). The SMS, so developed, is required to be described in an SMS Manual (SMSM) which is dedicated to the business of the service provider and is planned and drafted to meet the scope an d nature of its overall system and the sub-systems within the overall system. Commit to developing, implementing, maintaining and constantly improving strategies and processes to ensure that their aviation activities take place under a balanced allocation of organizational resources: all aimed at achieving the highest level of safety performance and meeting organizational, national and international standards, while delivering services.
